Like many great chefs, Cindy’s interest in the culinary arts has its roots in her childhood. Coming from an Italian-American family, meals were an integral part of the family dynamics, with everyone involved in the preparation and serving of the most amazing dishes, all without a single set of written directions.

Cindy has developed my unique style of cooking, integrating the offerings of the various regions into many different layers of flavor and texture. The philosophy learned as a child, of using the freshest, highest quality ingredients, has carried over to insure an exquisite outcome for the most discerning of clients.
